but there's still little hope of getting a license ever.
even trying to calmly write about it sends me right back into that road rage.
i recognize it's a pot withdrawal thingy - if i could get high this tension would melt away. really high. damn. can't stop thinking about it.
this isn't getting me organized. oh well, i'll kill some time online to relax, then try chores again. i was dfoing good.

just had a good chat w gary re,

i responded, but what if the item is something i don't want to do?
so making the list. checking it twice,
brings into play my avoidance behaviors,
some of these things will be more stress triggers,
i have to sort out how to face up to the ones i have hang ups about.
like writing mom or cleaning my room.. easy to see how those bring up childhood trauma, angst.
