I can make the list, give each item a number,
make a copy of the list, give one set of muners for "do in this order",
the other for "ranked by importance"
then i copy to a word file and use the sort function in the tables menu.
enough little tricks like thart, i could spend all day rearraanging the list and no time getting anything actually done.
