sunday: did nothing. laundry, made yogurt, strated a new blog at tumplr.
monday: went to covance. stopped in evansville
3 tickets.
no proof of insurance.

no taillight (but blinkers were on?) does taillight have to be red?

problem:
was "patted down" terry stop, cop grabbed my butt in a manner a reasonable person
would find offensive.
was unable to articulate any reasonable suspicion to base the stop on.
said it was because i refused a permissive frisk. but that's circular.
would not explain what else except "hunch".
called drug dog in retaliation for my declining to be patted down.
unclear about how long the stop took; maybe there was time to do the dog search while writing the ticket?
main issue right now is the assault because no terry indicia.
next steps: look up statute cites.

meanwhile need to make a better list.

yesterday, thursday, i did the dishes and laundry, bought a furnace $160+40, took the recycling, went to the post office, went to occupy indy, took out their trash and recycling, went to the club.
today friday rochester is working on the brakes.

friday: went to occupy indy 7:15
went to take recycling.could turn leftonto new jersey from maryland, went a block further turned left. stopped to look at things.
cop, lights, i said hi, he pointed a taser at me, hands on hood, id, put on no trespassing list. i asked him to point the taser away from me. he refused, raised his voice and repeated the stuff about hands on hood. the stop was legit, but i suspect the taser pointing was assault and 4th amendment violation and violation (article 11).
i went to some cops across the street and asked to file a report, explaining i had been assaulted by an indianapolis police officer. the cop, relatively friendly, offered to call a supervisor. we waited 23 minutes and the supervisor never came.

i walked to metro, watched the cardinals win the world series, had 3 drinks, was able to calm down enough to go get my car, went to unicorn. came home 3:30. now 4 am.
still upset. need ot enter supervisors number. cop wouldnt give me his name.

i didnt get much done today.

laundry, picked up an auto part, sorted the tool room, cleaned a kitchen cupboard,
hardware store to make keys, picked up trash on temple. too out trash. that's about it. moved the urinal upstairs toremind me to install it. baked brownies from a mix. off to the club.

tomorrow scrap brian's car, write morgantown email, maybe email vince,
make skype calls, make better list, find the dishwasher and the urinal,
go to bank move funds to checking balance checkbook pay internet bill, get plates.
mark's van's plates need renewed or van moved.

clean bedroom, move clothes to attic, read mail from court. buy mouse bait, flea stuff.
