thursday: didnt get much done today.
went to an auction, no houses sold, sellers wanted too much.
tommy bailed on going to the baltimore screening with me.
we did have some nice times together today.
i made dinner. brought home groceries and bought some forks.
watched some movies. po box.. need to go pay electric bill if it stopped raining.
i just realized i forgot to go to the club tonight.

wednesday:
spent an hour w help from tommy cleaning the back porch/pantry area.
rochester did not come to fix the locks, which is why i got out of bed.
went w brian and looked at houses. will go to auction tomorrow. the s delaware street house is nice for $3500.

booked a screening in baltimore for monday for $2100. tommy didnt sign up to screen for it so i'm annoyed.

went to club.$20. 2 beers 1/2 pitcher w brian.
made a 9 item list.
progress on title insurance

spent an hour cleaning my room, much progress. can see areas of my floor i haven't seen in months.
rochester will come friday.
now i need a bath.
sister in law called, having manic episode but cheerful.
laundry needs to go in dryer, i'll do dishes for the 3rd time today.
still need to write to casey.laundry done, dishes not done.
spent another hour cleaning bedroom floor. so around 3 hours cleaning today.
1/2 hour of calls, 1 hr looking at houses. so 4 1/2 hours being productive. watched ad words and office xmas party.
in 3 minutes it's thursday.
