status of tools:
computer upgrade: done.
bike: fixed tire, could use brakes.
car: repair in progress, have access to back-up car.
gun: none yet.
today: new comp. (this was a win-win deal with the roommate,
he bought it used, i paid for the upgrade)
yesterday: read and responded to state brief, read a couple related cases, updated blog.
to do: call 7th circuit see if brief filed. can't i check the docket online? yes!
RESEARCH ISSUE PRECLUSION. oops.
